Good evening everyone.

TGIF...what a long week.  I had no car this week and the time went slowly.  Usually I play taxi and run around alot.  but not this week.  I did not get any extra crafting in though like I hoped.  I did get some.  Christmas and December are right around the corner and I am just not ready.  I have about 20 more chipboard mini calendar fridge magnets to make.  Some i hope to sell to get some extra Christmas money and the rest I will have as gifts.

Get your Sparkle and Shine!!

Good morning everyone.  I can not believe I am posting in ther morning!!!  I usually post in the evening.lol  Well I have been real busy lately, making cards, calendars, snowmen and  Candy bar wrappers for the holidays.  I wanted to just pop in and make a quick post of a couple things i worked on Yesterday.  I am loving working with the Close to My Heart SPARKLE AND SHINE papers...

I had not embossed with powders in a long time, when I got the Mary and Babe stamp set from CTMH, I knew this was a set that I needed to emboss with..love how it tuned out.

then On a cutsey note....

and then I have one set of Promarkers and I wanted to try my hand at coloring this cute little Unity stamp I got from my Awesome sister..

Now I just have to finish him off by coloring the Christmas balls, then i can add him to a card:0)

Now for the hershey bar wrapp I made for a customer for a little boys birthday party... the theme is construction vehicles and they wanted dump trucks for the wrapper...

Voila... I used the Cricut for the yellow piece (Art Philosophy) the rest I did free hand or with punches and corner rounder..

Today I had the whole afternoonto make cards and that is exactly what I did!!!

I took out my Close To My Heart Sparkle and Shime papers and the CTMH inks to match and got to work ...

Here Is a 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 card using the Ginderbread andArtiste cartridges.  I made a poinsettia and  3d bow and used CTMH red sparkle ribbon to help it pop..

Here is another 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 card using Art Philosophy cartridge and CTMH Sparkle and Shine paper and  some assorted embellishments from my stash...

Here is a card made with the CTMH Artbooking cartridge as well as the ART  PHILOSOPHY cartridge.  I just love the deer cut!!  For this time of year, I am finding I like the Juniper, Ruby, and the Chocolate inks from CTMH...I am using them a lot.

I made more, will post the rest tomorrow. Oh, i wanted to post another one that I made special order...Not CTMH, but it was fun..

Vegas wedding card Artiste style

Good evening everyone.

How is your day been?  Mine was pretty good.  I slept for 12 hours last night, must have needed it.  waas a little stressed yesterday and I took a toll I guess.  Today was a good day:)  I did squeez in a little time to creat a card for a customer. She wanted one for a family member or friend that got married in Vegas.  

I took out my Artiste cartridge and fired her up so I could use the playing card shapes on it.  And of course I used black red and white paper. I added some lace ribbon to it from Really Reasonable Ribbon, half back pearl, atg gun, zig pen ribbon paper clip from the laughing Lola collection from Close To My Heart, as well as the Base and Bling Flowers. and here it is!

(the stamp  is also from Close to My Heart.)
