 just doing a quick post tonight, I have so many projects going on. but wanted to share a wood project I did over the weekend.  A bunch of wonderful friends gathered for a Close To My Heart gathering and one of the ladies cut a bunch of bunnies out in wood and gave to us to decorate.,

 was a fun project!!!

wow!! that kind of creeped up on me.lol  Time sure flies.  Seems like I just was trying to figure out what a blog was and how to set it up.. how to blog hop.. how to post and schedule...and so on and so on.  Loving the journey. Well today i noticed I surpassed 300.  For me that is a big mile stone.  Although i do not literally have 302 followers commenting on my posts regularly, I know that at least 302 people took the time to stop by and give me a little bloggy love and the thing I LOVE MOST is the friends I have made here have branched out to best friends i have never met on Facebook <3

flower tutorials

Good morning!!

I am so excited..in case you did not know this yet, I have started making videos on youtube...Paper Flower tutorials  and so far they are mostly made with products from Close To My Heart.  The Art Philosophy cartridge, Artiste cartridge, the quilling tool and the Paper piercing tool.

So far I have 3 videos and hope to do another one this week.  I hope you will stop by check it out, and subscribe.

Cuttin' and Stampin' 14-7 Hello Spring challenge

"HELLO SPRING"

Good morning and welcome the the Cuttin' and Stampin' Tuesday card Challenge. Today I am posting  on the Green Team, and we are creating cards for Spring.  Boy oh boy am I ready for spring!!!  We are having a winter of all winters...Lots of Snow..UGH.   So making a Spring card is a pleasure.  I am using a Paper Smooches stamp set called..Flap Happy.

It is fun little butterflies and cute lil bugs..another element of Spring besides flowers..

And 6x6 papers and stickers from Crate Paper.. Maggie Holmes'

For the card I took a scrap piece from the Crate psper that was all flowers and fussy cut around, so I could make like a bush of flowers outside a window, and then added the butterflies and bugs...

I also added some Liquid glass from Close To My Heart to the beetles to give them a shine to them..

as well as the flower centers shown above..

For the butterflies..I stamped them and fussy cut them out and added a little bling form my stash...as well as some ribbon and some stickers from the Crate paper collection and lastly stamped "Enjoy the day" from the Flap Happy collection.
