I made the Treasure Box Design team!!

Happy Tuesday morning everyone, been a while since I posted. Been super busy.  Lots of things have happened, I became a designer for Chalk Couture!!!  This is a super awesome new product!! The company has only been launched to the public a few short month, but is selling like hotcakes.  It is such a fun, easy, new crafting opportunity to make money and make friends.  But also I became a new designer on the Treasure Box Designs  design team!!  So excite to be doing both!!  Today on Facebook I posted my first project as a design team member by making a Valentines card..I used the file Valentine Skunk.. which you can find here

I think he is super cute and the sentiment at the top was a little play on words.lol Hope you enjoyed todays card...and will share a little bloggy love!!

Hershey snowmen

Hello crafters, how are you all doing?  I am doing great..putting in some crafting when I can.  This weekend I decided to start making things for Christmas for friends and family and to sell. I started with Hershey snowmen..

these are just regular size Hershey bars.

other supplies used were ..

white card stock cut 5 and 3/4 by 5 and 1/2 for the body

eyes from KaDoodle Bug Designs file..resized to fit Hershey bar from last weeks freebie file

and the carrot nose  from the Bunny and his Carrot file here

 Other supplies used were small child gloves for the hat,

twine to tie on hat and hot glued jingle bell,

assorted buttons, and embellishments for front of snowman,

scotch tape to hold the white body on the candy bar, I used assorted Tim Holtz distress inks to shade nose and eyes as well as black water color marker and fine tipped black micron pen.

Me in a Minute

Happy Friday crafters..Friday the 13th that is.  Did you all have a good week?  I did.  I got a little crafting in. I am preparing for a Christmas Stamp a Stack card class at the end of the month.  For the class, we will be using all Fun Stampers Journey products and it will surely be a fun time.

Today I just wanted to share with you my "Me In a Minute" for WHY.. I am with Fun Stampers Journey.

.First of all..I LOVE paper crafting..I am motivated by my (A) desire to create pretty things to share with others, and at Fun Stampers Journey, I can  (B) have extra cash to help at home or maybe even take a little vacation.!!

MY Story..

I started paper crafting around 6/7 years ago when a close friend introduced it to me.  I started out 5 years ago as a Close to My Heart consultant.  I grew and learned with the company and loved it. But I later found I truly loved card making mostly and began looking for a company that shared that love like me.  I came across a friend ..Michelle Kinder and she sent me a catalog and the rest is history... I became a coach and now ..My hope is to grow with the company...grow my team and share the wonderful world of paper crafting with mixed media..and make some money while doing it.

I close in saying..now is a great time to join my team..the company has a super super special going on..you only have to pay $25.00 to join FSJ right now.  no where in the industry right now can anyone do that!!!
