Now on to ,my project for this challenge.. I chose for this challenge this pretty Dahlia flower.  I used my Crayola colored pencils for this challenge.

the other supplies used were my Cricut to cut the leaves, Close to My Heart papers inks, stamp set, glitter adhesive strip and gold gems.

HIMCR #209 - Any Holiday! (July 25th)

Hiding In My Craft Rooms' Challenge 209~ Any Holiday

Happy Saturday everyone and welcome to HIMCR Challenge.

This weeks sponsor is Spiced Sunshine!!

this weeks challenge is any Holiday and this week I am doing Christmas..(Christmas in July).  I cholse to of the spiced Sunshines digital images that were for Christmas.

First..

I chose this adorable animated little holiday cup.  I colored hom with Crayola colored pencils and added some multi colored dots of ink from my Spectrum Nooir markers..LG1, LG2, LG3 AND 

LG 5  .I added some lace paper ribbon and used Close to My Heart lagoon cardstock.  I found some stickers and one said Noel so added that at the top and voila finished card...then I made another one..

I thought this little owl was a cutie..I again used Crayola colored pencils.  I decided to dig through my box of scraps which has been growing... and growing and found the papers to use.  the stamp os Close to My Heart and bling from my box of scraps,..imagine that I even have scraps of bling.lol   Anywho, i finished it off with some ribbon, made a double bow, and button.  I hope you like my post, and are inspired to link up a project for the challenge.  make sure you check out the other Design team members creations. HIMCR #208 - LOL! Lots of Layers! July 18th

Happy Saturday everyone, and welcome to Hiding In MY Craft Room's # 208 challenge.  This week is LOTS of Layers.

This weeks' sponsor is Hiding In My Craft Room and the prize is...To be Determined

For my project this week I did a Triple Stamp card. It is a A2 size card (4 1/2 by 5 1/2) each layer is 1/4 inch smaller as you go along...

I used all Close to My Heart Products...inks stamps and card stock.

I took the 3 layesr of white Cardstock and used washi tape to hold them together and stamped all around, then I carefully removed the washi tape and then matted them on the card and it gives the card a lot of dimension as well as layers.  

I then added some bling and some twine.

HIMCR Challenge 203~Super Scraps Saturday

Happy Saturday crafty friends!!  are you ready for another challenge??  I hope so, this is Super Scraps Saturday at Hiding In My Craft Room, and we are using digital images from A Day with Daisies ,  and boy do they have some adorable Images to choose from.   The Prize for this challenge is a $12.00 Gift card from the store.

So for today, the digital image I chose was this adorable little fairy..

 I used Close To My Heart papers that I have in my scrap box, a doily,ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon,  and bling from my stash .

I colored her with Spectrum Noir markers.  For this one I forgot to write down the markers I used, so I made another card and remembered to write them down (plus I loved coloring her).

for the second card, I made an Easel card and I used more of the CTMH scraps and stamp and assorted buttons, a leaf stamp from CTMH, and some assorted flowers I have in a box as well.  For the Spectrum Noir marker colors I used the colors below

Skin~ FS 2,4,5,6,9

Grass ~ CG2

wings~ CG 1,3,4

Sky~TB1,2,3

Flowers~ OR1
