KaDoodle Bug Challenge~ Showers

Hi  and happy Friday crafty friends,  Design team member Cathy here for KaDoodle  Bug Designs.  This week it is my turn to host the Challenge for KaDoodle Bug's Facebook Challenge page. Since the Month of April is known for "Showers" that is going to be the theme for this challenge...Either April showers~ Bridal Showers or Baby showers. The choice is up to you on what you would like your creation to be.  Just pick a KaDoodle bug file here  and follow the challenge theme for this week and have fun. Make sure to post it on the FB Challenge page for your chance to win a KaDoodle Bug Designs file of your choosing!! You will have til May 5th to enter before the new challenge starts.

To help get you inspired I chose the Baby Shower theme and I used the new Cutie KaToodles file~ Elephant baby

Happy Saturday HIMCR fans, today is a new challenge day and this weeks theme is "Thankful".

For my project I chose the image "Fruity Babies AppleJack"

I colored him with my Spectrum Noir Markers. and embellished with BoBunny gems and used a CTMH Stamp set. B1427..Perfect Fit Thanksgiving.  Finished it off with flowers from my stash.  Hope you like it and will give the new challenge a try..  remember to go check out the other DT member projects!

For this weeks challenge I pulled a bunch of scraps from last Christmas. I made two cards using 2 images from Pickled Potpourri

 For this weeks challenge, I had a wedding card to make for a customer. and she wanted Purple in it..so I grabbed my scrap box..which just keeps getting bigger and bigger...and found some purple papers.

I even had some scrap ribbon  (Really Reasonable Ribbon) ..just enough to make the double bow!!!  I used an embossong folder and some greenery from a bouguet of fake flowers I had..

I used my Crayola colored pencils to color her in.  I kind of like the color combo, was not sure how it was going to look when I was done. but I am pleased.  I hope you will take part in the challenge  we can not wait to see what you all come up with.   And as I mentioned before... the sponsor and the giveaway is  Scrapbook Stamp Society/My Besties - digital images (5 images used by DT)

Merry and bright snowman tag card..look what I got....

Happy Saturday, although Saturday is almost over with here.   I was crafting and noticed I had a single Christmas tag left over from  the holidays.  It was made using my Spectrum Noir Markers and a New stamp from Unity stamps~~ Roly Poly winter Joy.  I also used ribbon from The Really Reasonable Ribbon Co. and the card stock was from Bo Bunny Candy cane Lane. So I decided to make a card with it and maybe enter a few challenges...so here it is..

14-17 Apr 29: Cuttin' & Stampin' Challenge

Hello and happy Tuesday to you..today is Cuttin' & Stampin' s  Tuesday Challenge..14-17  Apr 29: Mother's Day without flowers, Using...Bo Bunny Modern Miss and PS Scripty Saysing Stamp Set.
For todays' challenge I decided to make a triple easel card.. I really had fun making it, had not made one in a while, just like getting back onto a bike lol.

Here is the front of the center card..I attached one of the cute stickers onto a pop dot and Scalloped piece of the card stock

Happy Monday everyone, hope you all had a nice weekend.  I did, I had a Close to My Heart gathering with a group of wonderful ladies, we had a lot of fun!!

The sun came out a little bit and melted some more snow and that was a good thing.  But this is the time of year of dirty snow and MUD...be glad when that is done.

Any who, here is the card I made for this weeks sketch challenge...

I used the new Skylark paper,, I love it, such pretty paper, love the color combo as well as the bird images, although the pieces I used for today's card do not have any birds on them.
