Here is a couple of Giant wooden clothes pins I purchased at Michael's. I took them home and used acrylic paints on them and then I went through my scrap pack and found some paper from K&Company and DCWV, cut strips @ 6 3/4 by 1 1/2. secured them on the clothes pins with Modge podge and then coated them with 2 more coats so they could be used for recipe card holders and be protected from spatters .
Then I added some flowers I had picked up at Michaels and a little bling with rhinestones. I like how they came out....hope you do too:)
Wow Cathy, you've been busy! Great projects!

Hi, Cathy! I just read your comment on my newest card so I popped over here to see what you have been doing. I'm afraid my blog visits have been sporadic at best lately. My sister has been suffering with kidney stones and is having surgery Thursday and I have been super busy with projects for 2 design teams and a couple of blog hops. I see you have been busy! These big clothes pins are really cute! I love altering things but I haven't done one of these yet. Thanks for visiting my blog today!
