KaDoodle Bug Challenge~ Showers

Hi  and happy Friday crafty friends,  Design team member Cathy here for KaDoodle  Bug Designs.  This week it is my turn to host the Challenge for KaDoodle Bug's Facebook Challenge page. Since the Month of April is known for "Showers" that is going to be the theme for this challenge...Either April showers~ Bridal Showers or Baby showers. The choice is up to you on what you would like your creation to be.  Just pick a KaDoodle bug file here  and follow the challenge theme for this week and have fun. Make sure to post it on the FB Challenge page for your chance to win a KaDoodle Bug Designs file of your choosing!! You will have til May 5th to enter before the new challenge starts.

To help get you inspired I chose the Baby Shower theme and I used the new Cutie KaToodles file~ Elephant baby

Here is my project for the hop..I used the Yummy Baking bears file. and papers from Authentiques' Latest and Greatest 6x6 paper pad, some ric rac from my stash, Close to My Heart inks and stamp.  I alspo added a pretty flower from my stash to dress her up for the party.  you can start on my fan pahe here

New craftin adventure

Good morning friends.   How are you all doing?  I have been really busy lately.  Hubby was in hospital 2 hours away, for 2 weeks, so alot of traveling, and wouldn't you know it would be stormy..oh well, he is home now and all is good with the Derouche household.  

Now on to the new ADVENTURE...I am now on the Design Team for Kadoodle Bug Designs!!!!

I am so excited.  I recently got a Cricut Explore and am finally able to cut SVG files, which I have wanted to do for a really long time...her files are adorable!!!. 

Soo, today is my first day to post a project!!!

The file I ussed for my first project is "Love you a Ton", which you can get here

I made an Easel card..6x6 using Close to My Heart paper Hopscotch and their gorgeous card stock.  as well as files from the cricut explore to cut the gorgeous scallop circle with hearts.

I also made a little something extra, I did a couple hershey bar wrappers...using the same file
