POISON and a Chin??
A few days ago I sat down and put together another Halloween card with with my Cloud 9 Design papers, on a 8 1/2 by 11 1/2 card stock scored in half. I pulled out the Martha Stewart Seasonal Cake cartridge for the Poison sign, the Mickey Mouse and friends, for the Leaves, and Paper Doll Dress up. for our little ghost friend. I added some googily eyes and some rhinestones for a little bling as well as some layered flowers from George's basic shapes cartridge. Then I put a golden yellow ribbon from Wal mart on. Hope you like it. I have been busy babysitting my grandson a lot lately, so haven't been able to craft much, but I hope to this weekend. so I am posting my card and a picture of one of my babies:)

Another Halloween card!!I Center step
It is amazing how quickly scraps can accumulate. So today, after I made some cards, I went through my scraps and made use of them. The center step card is totally scraps. I used paper doll Dress up for the cuts, as well as Wrap It Up too. The Trick or Treat stamp is from the Dollar bin at Michael's. I put pop dots behind the pumpkins. Thanks for letting me share my project with you today:)

Halloween cards:)

Today I made 2 cards, with Disney in mind. I used Fall and Halloweeen as the theme. Fall is just around the corner. Leaves are starting to change already where I live, pretty, but sad at the same time.
For cartridges I used Disney's Mickey and Friends, George's basic shapes , Paper Doll dress Up, and Wrap it Up. I used ribbon from Walmart, as well as Rhinestones , and buttons. The card is measured at 8 and 1/2 by 5 and 1/2. The paper I used was DCWV and Cloud9 Design
I am entering these cards into the Disney Pixar link-up party , go to Here to link you project.

Altered spoon mini
I saw on a blog...Michelle's Thought of a Cardmaking Scrapbooker, I beautiful project. a Kitchen spoon made into a mini album..It got me to thinking about a couple of wooden spoons that i bought on clearance several years ago figuring I would find something to do with them, and I did..Mine is not as pretty as hers, but I had fun just the same .
Basic shapes cart, and cut the mats 4 inches, the pattern paper 3 1/2 and then another mat for mounting picture on at 3 inches. I attached them together on a strip of ribbon. folded them up afterwards and tied the ribbon to hold in place.
One of the spoons was a booger and would not keep the mats in place after I tied the bow, so I attached a crocheted flower to the bottom of the spoon to keep it there. The Christmas bell and the poinsettia were cut from the Wrap it Up cartridge. I believe the ctus were 4 inches as well.
Hope you liked my version.

a few gift card purses
Here are a few gift card purses I did today too. The are all cut from a 6x6 piece of double sided card stock or patterned paper. I used button and rhinestones and Cricut cut flowers, to embellish and I used my assorted ribbons for the handles.. To keep the card purse from popping opened, I used white velcro circles and I would use buttons or jewel brads or bigger bling for a fake purse closure. the papers were DCWV and American craft and K&Company. On the inside I cut stips of plain card stock and adhered it with sticky tape on ends and a small piece on bottom of strip to put gift card in so it won't fall out the bottom. and the added assorted sentiment to the bottom inside of the purse. Hope the explanation is understandable. I am not a pro, just do this cause I LOVE IT!!

A pair of packaged puppies project posted...say that ten times fast:)
Here is a pair of cards I made today using my Create a Critter cartridge,(my go to cartridge). The card size is 5 1/2 by 4 1/4. The puppies were cut at 2 1/2 and the gift box is 1 1/2 x 2 3/4.
The bone is 1 1/2 high and I used a stamp that says Happy Holidays that I got at Michaels' from a set. I used Crushed Olive Distress Ink from Tim Holtz on one and Barn door on the other one.. The papers was from Cloud9Design and papers I got from Walmart. The gold ribbon I got from a discount bin at Wal Mart. ( gotta get discounts when we can!!) I used a white gel pen on ears and noses and chalks on the puppy cheeks:)
Hope you enjoyed!!
ANOTHER EASEL CARD FOR HALLOWEEN
* Here is another easel card. I did the same size finished card as the last one...5 1/2 x 4 1/4. I like this size as opposed to the 4x4 I was making, cause you can embellish more. Hopefully I am not doing too much. In this card I used the Cloudy Days stamp by Pink By Design that I won. I love it!! The rest of the cuts were from the Paper Doll Dress up cartridge and the Martha Stewart Seasonal cake cartridge( I love it, it is more than just for cakes). The Happy haunting stamp came from the dollar bin at Michaels or Joann's as was the ribbon. And of course buttons and rhinestones. Paper is from DCWV and georgia pacific:) I used pop dots for the pumpkins, but it is hard to tell with this view ( not a photographer, by any means, lol)
Hope you like:)

A couple of days ago I was scrolling down my list of blogs I follow and a Halloween wreath made from paper rosettes caught my eye. Go to www.pinkcricut.com if you want to see her tutorial and make one too, it was fun and easy. So now that I gave the nice lady credit, here is mine.. I used Cloud9 designs paper I got on clearanc. and some DCWV paper and I used my Paper Doll Dress Up cartridge and some assorted buttons and my trusty glue gun. The skeleton and the mummy were cut at 4 1/2 and the web was at 5 " the spider at 3" and the frog at 2". I hope you like it!!
