easel card

Easel Card

Happy Wednesday everyone...hope your week is going well.  I got to do a little crafting this week, that is always a good thing..

I wanted to stop in and share an easel card I made using an 8x8 piece of card stock..I scored it in half and then turned it and scored,  at the 4  inch mark, then cut from the 4 inch point in to the score line that goes through the length of the CS.

one of the cut pieces frames I fold in half and add a 4x4 mat and the one on the left I folded at an angle so the matted cs sets at an angle. if you would like more specifics or a diagram, I would be more than happy to help you out with that!!.

Supplies used:

CTMH inks, Twilight and Sunset

CTMH stamp set "It's Your Day"

papers from my Scrap stash

small butterfly punch

wooden buttons

Martha stewart loops border punch

Ribbons from Wal Mart

Hope you like the card, here is another one

Totally enjoying my Spectrum Noir Markers!!!

practice practice :)

Still looking to grow my team with Close To My Heart..please spread the word  that I am looking for people interested in becoming consultants under me and help me out..it is a great Price, great opportunity and great fun!!!!

thanks cathy!!!!!

Atlantic Hearts Sketch challenge #52

Happy Monday everyone, Hope you all had a real nice Easter weekend.  I sure did, I had most of my children and their families over for a big ham dinner, with the exception of one of my sons and his wife who live in Chicag. so they were unable to attend.

Well this is AHSC #52... and here is my take on it..

As you can see, I did not stray too far from the sketch. but when I saw the sketch...all I could see was using one of my daisies...so there you have it..now lets' see what you can come up with.  head over to the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge Blog and link up your creation...and have fun.
